Chile's official currency is the Chilean Peso ($). The monetary system consists of a series of coins and bills. The coins are manufactured in Winnipeg, in the Royal Canadian Mint!!!!!!. The Mint has made over 55 billion coins for more than 75 countries, between they the coins of Chile. I had no idea !!!!.

The chilean bills are issued in denominations of 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 and 20,000 pesos. Coins are issued in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 and 500 pesos. Below the pictures:
